Blackpool's Heritage Trams celebrated the 80th Anniversary of the streamlined fleet by operating a 4 car service over the Holiday weekend. A variety of Trams delighted enthusiasts and visitors alike over the weekend.
Due to work I was only able to get to Blackpool for a few hours on Saturday and was lucky enough to be there for the Tram naming ceremony by Daphne Luff, Bryan Lindop and Bob Mason.
Tram 717 was named Walter Luff after the General Manager who introduced the Streamliners.
On Easter Monday there was a LTT Heritage bus from Blackpool to The Heaton Park Tramway to enjoy the Blackpool Theme Day.
