The Dewsbury Bus Museum Spring Open Day 2012Fine weather and Classic buses was the order of the day for everyone who attended The Dewsbury Bus Museum Spring Open Day on Sunday 11th March 2012. West Riding 733, Todmorden 9, Halifax 35,South Yorkshire 61,West Riding 164 and Arriva 1810 were all very busy on the shuttle service to Dewsbury Bus Station and Charlotte's Ice Cream Parlour.
The Open Day was very well attended and inside the Bus Museum was a hive of activity with plenty of stalls with masses of items to make any enthusiast happy. Along with the buses in service there were buses on display at Havelock Street. A must is a trip to Charlotte's Ice Cream Parlour to try the many flavours on offer or a good strong coffee, In addition to the ice cream there is plenty to occupy the kids, and the views are something else. Many thanks to everyone at The Dewsbury Bus Museum for another memorable day.
