Its been a while since my last visit to the Heaton Park Tramway so on Sunday I went along to their 'Tramtastic' event.
The now fully recommissioned 623 joined 765 and 96 to operate a 3 car service.
A suffragette re-enactment by the Herizon Creative Women’s Group took place on the same spot where Emmeline Pankhurst and the suffragette movement marched 100 years ago in Heaton Park.
Many Thanks to all who took part in the suffragette re-enactment for their excellent performance and to everyone at the Heaton Park Tramway for a well organised and thoroughly enjoyable day.
