The North West Vehicle Restoration Trust held their 7th Annual Running and Open Day on 3rd June 2018. This year launch was restored Ribble ' White Lady ' Leyland Atlantean RRN 423 and Fareway 'Bertha ' Leyland Olympian F456BKF.
A variety of buses operated between Kirkby and Kirkby Railway Station, Prescot and Liverpool Lime Street.
