The Ribble Steam Railway.
The Ribble Steam Railway is a preserved railway in Preston, Lancashire. The Railway opened in 2005, running a three mile round trip from its Preston Riverside station over the swing bridge and past Preston Docks and Marina to the end of the line at the Strand road.
The railway is home to a large collection of Locomotives and local Railway exhibits in the large museum at Chain Caul Way. On operating days Steam or Diesel hauled trains run every hour.
